What can emergencies be?
Below you will find examples of emergencies – of course, this is not a complete list and you may have an emergency that is not listed here:
- You logged into your wallet on another website and now all your assets are gone.
- You spoke on the phone with someone claiming to be from TokenPay or someone else, who pressured you to make a transfer, for example, for security reasons.
- Your TokenPay account wallet email address has been compromised; you have lost (sole) control over your email address.
- You made a transfer to the wrong wallet address

What kinds of incidents could there be?

- You were contacted by someone claiming to be from TokenPay. You are unsure of this and would like to verify it.
- You were contacted by someone claiming to be from TokenPay and trying to get your data or even funds.
- You were contacted by a fake TokenPay account or you found one.
- You have received funds from decentralized sources whose origin you are unsure of (money laundering, sanctions, etc.).
- You have received funds whose origin violates applicable laws (money laundering, sanctions, etc.).
- You sent funds to someone who, as it later turned out, violated applicable laws (money laundering, sanctions, etc.).
- You have filed a complaint about TokenPay
