1. The domain
Always check the domain (internet address) displayed to you – whether on a website or in an email. Check it for typos, special characters, or other discrepancies.

2. The company data
Always check the website or offer for the most important company information. Look for the website's legal notice (Impressum). Is there a managing director, a phone number, and an address? The same applies to social media profiles and other documents.
3. We NEVER ask for...
TokenPay will never ask you for passwords, PINs, or private keys. TokenPay will never contact you to say that your wallet or assets are no longer secure and ask you to transfer them to a predefined wallet address or download a new app. TokenPay will never add you to WhatsApp, Telegram, or other groups. TokenPay will never give you investment tips or offer you investment models. TokenPay will never install any third-party or remote access tools on any of your devices.
This also applies to government agencies, banks, wallet providers, or other reputable companies. Should you receive a call or message with such a request, please contact TokenPay customer service immediately.
4. TokenPay Partners & Customers
You can find all TokenPay partners at usetokenpay.com/partner. If someone claims to be a TokenPay partner but is not listed on this page, please contact TokenPay customer service immediately.
TokenPay sales partners will always redirect you to the official TokenPay customer service or the TokenPay account - feel free to contact TokenPay customer service at any time if you are unsure.

5. The golden rule
